Dr Tom Kaczor
OVERVIEW
Dr Tom is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has been treating patients in Tasmania for over a decade.
He provides a holistic approach and is interested in both the condition involved as well as the impact the condition is having on the person as a whole. His management approach is collaborative with the patient and their treating team, with the ultimate aim being to find a treatment that improves people’s function and well-being.
Dr Tom moved to Hobart in 2007 for medical school and very quickly fell in love with Tasmania and all it has to offer. After finishing medical school in Hobart he then worked at the Royal Hobart Hospital as a doctor before starting his fellowship training. Subsequently he has worked as a GP in Hobart before embarking on a lap of Australia with his wife and two young children.
Dr Tom has special interests in chronic diseases, chronic pain, sleep disorders and mental health conditions but is experienced in most general practice presentations.

OVERVIEW
Dr Emma completed her medical training and a Bachelor of Physiology in the UK before moving to Australia. She has experience in general practice, emergency medicine, oncology and palliative care.
Emma is passionate about a holistic and integrative approach to patient care. She has a particular interest in sexual and reproductive health and women’s health. Emma has also completed additional certification in medical nutrition and chronic disease.

OVERVIEW
Dr Adam completed his medical training in the UK before settling in Australia with his wife. His previous experience in emergency medicine, sports & exercise medicine along with general practice has created a broader understanding for patient care, with a wholistic viewpoint that now includes treating the endocannabinoid system with plant-based medicine.
He treats a variety of conditions including chronic pain, mental health and insomnia.

Dr Feroz Ameerjan
OVERVIEW
Dr Feroz Ameerjan has worked in India, UAE and Qatar before settling in Australia. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Mysore.
Dr Ameerjan is passionate about all areas of General Practice and has a keen interest in Aviation medicine. He has worked in the Airforce and in an International Airline as well. He especially focuses on patients’ General Health and Wellbeing.
Feroz holds a few fellowships, he obtained a fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2010 and became a Fellow of The Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine (FACAsM) in 2012. He is also a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority.

Dr Su-Yin (Su) Yeong
OVERVIEW
Su-Yin enjoys all aspects of general practice, in particular lifestyle medicine and women’s health. She also has a particular interest in skin cancer for which she has gone on to receive further training, with a Professional Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine with Bond University and Certificate of Dermoscopy with the Skin Cancer College. She is skilled in skin checks, excision biopsies, and minor skin cancer surgery. She has recently developed a particular interest in medicinal cannabis and has been an Authorised Prescriber for approximately two years. She is experienced in utilizing medicinal cannabis for a range of chronic medical conditions.

Medical Doctor
Dr Ashleigh Ray
OVERVIEW
Dr Ashleigh has special interests in women’s health, Indigenous Health, mental health and providing holistic care through working with patients. She is available Australia-wide for phone or video telehealth consultations.
When she isn’t raising babies, studying languages, growing veggies or playing in bands, she is training to specialise in Psychiatry.
In addition to being a clinical doctor, Dr Ashleigh holds a Master of Public Health (with Excellence) from UNSW and has a background in the Arts with a Bachelor of Creative Arts and a Diploma in Ceramics.
She is also excited to be contributing to the growing evidence base for the use of medicinal cannabis through the Global QUEST Initiative study.
